Advertising Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions
- "Advertiser" means any company or entity that registers to advertise on eSIMradar
- "Campaign" means an advertising campaign created by an Advertiser
- "Creative" means advertising content including banners and sponsored placements
- "Impression" means one instance of a Creative being displayed to a visitor
- "Click" means one instance of a visitor clicking on a Creative
- "CPM" means cost per mille (per 1,000 impressions)
- "CPC" means cost per click
2. Account Registration
2.1. Advertising on eSIMradar is invitation-only. Registration requires a valid invitation token.
2.2. Advertisers must provide accurate company information, including legal entity type, tax identification, and contact details.
2.3. Accounts are subject to verification. We reserve the right to reject or suspend accounts at our discretion.
2.4. One account per company. Multiple accounts for the same entity are prohibited.
2.5. Before an Advertiser can launch or activate any campaign, an authorized representative must explicitly accept these Advertiser Terms.
2.6. We keep a record of Advertiser Terms acceptance, including acceptance timestamp and applicable terms version, for compliance and audit purposes.
3. Billing Terms
3.1. Prepaid Credit System: All advertising is prepaid. Advertisers must maintain a positive credit balance to run campaigns.
3.2. Payment Method: Credit is added via bank transfer only. Wire transfer details will be provided upon account approval.
3.3. Non-Refundable: All credit purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
3.4. Billing Timing:
- CPM: Charged hourly based on impressions delivered
- CPC: Charged immediately upon click
3.5. Currency: All pricing is in USD.
3.6. Transfer and Banking Fees: All transfer and banking fees must be covered by the advertiser. If fees are not covered, we will only credit the amount received to the advertiser account.
4. Ad Content Guidelines
4.1. Prohibited Content: Ads must not contain:
- Misleading or false claims about service coverage, speeds, or pricing
- Malicious code, viruses, or phishing attempts
- Adult content, gambling, weapons, or illegal products/services
- Hate speech, discrimination, or offensive content
- Copyright or trademark infringement
- Political or religious advocacy
4.2. Technical Requirements:
- Banner ads
- File formats: PNG, JPG only
- Maximum file size: 200KB per creative
- Destination URLs must be HTTPS
4.3. Accuracy: All claims about pricing, coverage, and features must be current and verifiable.
5. Approval Process
5.1. All Creatives require manual approval before going live.
5.2. Review typically takes up to 24 hours. Urgent reviews are not available.
5.3. We may reject Creatives that violate these Terms or for any reason at our discretion.
5.4. Approved Creatives may be suspended if they later violate guidelines or receive user complaints.
6. Targeting and Delivery
6.1. Probabilistic Auction: Ad selection uses a probabilistic auction system. Higher bids receive proportionally more impressions, but all qualifying bidders receive some impressions.
6.2. No Guarantees: We do not guarantee any specific number of impressions, clicks, or conversions.
6.3. Quality Score: Ad performance affects your quality score, which influences auction ranking independent of bid amount.
6.4. Ad Placement: Ads appear only on country and region listing pages, not provider detail pages.
6.5. Frequency Caps: We may limit how often ads are shown to the same user.
7. Tracking and Reporting
7.1. Metrics Tracked: Impressions, clicks, CTR, spend, visitor demographics, position distribution.
7.2. Discrepancies: Minor discrepancies (±5%) between our tracking and yours are normal and acceptable.
7.3. Invalid Traffic: We filter bot traffic and invalid clicks. You will not be charged for filtered activity.
8. Account Suspension
8.1. We may suspend accounts for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent activity or click manipulation
- Repeated Creative rejections
- Chargebacks or payment disputes
- User complaints about misleading ads
8.2. Suspended accounts may appeal within 30 days by contacting support.
8.3. We reserve the right to permanently ban accounts for severe or repeated violations.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. No Warranties: The advertising platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
9.2. No Consequential Damages: We are not liable for lost profits, revenue, data, or indirect damages.
9.3. Platform Availability: We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
10. Data Protection
10.1. We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and applicable data protection laws.
10.2. Personal Data: We collect minimal visitor data (country, device type, session ID) for ad targeting and reporting.
10.3. IP Addresses: IP addresses are hashed for privacy and not shared with advertisers.
11. Termination
11.1. Advertisers may close their account at any time by contacting support.
11.2. Credit Forfeiture: Remaining credit is forfeited upon account closure (no refunds).
11.3. Campaigns will stop immediately upon termination. No prorated refunds for partial periods.
11.4. We may terminate accounts with 30 days notice for any reason.
12. Changes to Terms
12.1. We may update these Terms at any time.
12.2. Material changes will be notified via email 30 days in advance.
12.3. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
13.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
13.2. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
