Account Termination
User-Initiated Termination
You can delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at contact@esimradar.com. Account deletion is irreversible and results in the removal or anonymization of your personal data, including your account profile, saved favorites, alerts, trips, comparisons, and notes. Your user-generated content such as reviews will be anonymized to remove personal identification but may remain on the platform in anonymized form. After account deletion, you will no longer be able to access account features or recover deleted data.
Termination by Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to: violation of these Terms of Service, violation of applicable laws, fraudulent activity, security concerns, or prolonged account inactivity. In the event of account termination by us, your access to account features will be immediately revoked. We will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which may include deletion or anonymization of your personal information. If your account is suspended, you may contact us to request restoration, which will be considered at our sole discretion.
