1Using the site means accepting these terms

If you use eSIMradar, these terms apply between you and Now On Company Limited, a company registered in Thailand, which operates the site. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. Providers who list with us accept an additional, separate set of terms.

2What eSIMradar is

An information service. We collect eSIM plans from providers, put them in one place, and rank them so they can be compared on the same basis. That is all we do, and the boundaries matter:

• We do not sell eSIMs, take payment, or provide mobile connectivity of any kind. Any contract for a plan is between you and the provider.
• We cannot activate, refund, cancel or troubleshoot a plan you bought. Only the provider can, and their support channel is the one to use.
• Using the site costs nothing and requires no account.

3About prices, coverage and availability

Plan data is collected automatically from provider feeds and public catalogues, then checked before it is published — implausible values are rejected rather than displayed, and a catalogue that changes drastically is held back for review. None of that makes the data a guarantee.

• Prices, allowances, validity and coverage change without notice, and a provider can withdraw a plan at any time. What you see here is our most recent successful read, not a live quote.
• Check the provider’s own page before you buy. If the two disagree, theirs is the one you are paying against and theirs is the one that counts.
• Prices shown in a currency other than the provider’s own are our conversion, marked with a ≈ sign. Your bank will use a different rate.
• If something here is wrong, tell us — it is the fastest way it gets fixed.

4Ranking, verdicts and featured placements

The ranking is arithmetic applied identically to every plan in a list, and no payment moves a plan up it. What a commercial relationship can decide is which plans a view puts forward. Four things on the page work that way, and all four are labelled:

• The highlighted "top pick" on a country page is earned by the ranking, not sold. It marks the plan our method puts first among the providers we hold an affiliate partnership with, and it is never moved for a fee.
• The "Our picks" shelf above a country board is drawn from the same partner providers, one card per question a traveller arrives with. It carries its own disclosure, and it neither reorders the board below it nor removes anything from it.
• The "Recommended" tab, which a destination or region board opens on, lists plans from those partner providers and from a short list of named exceptions we publish in our source code. The board says so above the results. "Cheapest first", "Most data" and "Longest validity" carry every plan we hold for that destination, so no plan is unreachable, and the order inside each tab is the same arithmetic.
• The featured partners row is a paid placement. It sits outside the ranked list, is labelled as sponsored, and is excluded from the structured data search engines read.

5Affiliate disclosure

Some links on this site are affiliate links: if you buy after following one, the provider may pay us a commission. It costs you nothing extra — the price is the same as going to them directly. Commission does not buy a better rank, a higher rating, or a kinder review, and a plan is never listed or promoted because it pays more. Where a link earns us money, the page says so.

6What you may and may not do here

Read it, share it, link to it, quote it with attribution. The limits are narrow and are about keeping the site working and honest:

• Do not copy the catalogue or the rankings wholesale to republish them, as a dataset or as a competing listing.
• Do not crawl the site at a rate that degrades it for other people, and respect robots.txt. If you want the data programmatically, the API is documented and it is the supported route.
• Do not present our ratings, verdicts or wording as an endorsement of your product, or alter them in a quotation.
• Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its API.

7If you are a provider

Listing a catalogue, calling the provider API or connecting through the MCP server is covered by a separate document, which sets out what we accept, what we remove, and the fact that a listing is never guaranteed. It is the one to read before you integrate.

8Content and trademarks

The text, design, ranking method and guides on this site are ours. Provider names, logos and marks belong to the providers, and are used to identify their plans — their presence here is not a partnership, endorsement or approval by them, except where a page says a provider is a featured partner.

9Links to other sites

We link to providers, and in our guides to regulators, manufacturers and news sources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their products or how they handle your data. A link is a pointer, not a recommendation of everything on the other end.

10No warranty

The site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the information is complete or current at the moment you read it, or that a plan shown here will suit your device, your destination or your usage. Deciding what to buy is yours.

11Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from relying on information on this site, from a plan you bought from a provider, or from the site being unavailable — including lost data, lost bookings or the cost of alternative connectivity abroad. Our total liability to you for any claim connected with the site is limited to 100 US dollars.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your mandatory rights under the law of the country you live in are not affected by this section.

12Availability and changes to the site

We may change, move or remove any part of the site, and may stop publishing a provider or a page at any time. We aim to keep the site up but do not promise continuous availability, and maintenance or a failure upstream can take it offline without notice.

13Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Thailand, and the courts of Thailand have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the United Kingdom or elsewhere with mandatory local consumer protection, you keep the protection of your own law and may bring proceedings in your local courts.

14Changes to these terms

We update these terms when the site changes, and the date at the top shows when that last happened. Using the site after a change means accepting the current version, so the top of this page is worth a glance if it has been a while.
